Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of items to email@example.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
How Do I Return An Item?
First contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Place the item you wish to return in a secure package for shipping with original tags attached & packaging along with your sales order receipt. Ship return to the address listed on your original packaging within 7 days of original delivery for a even exchange or store credit.
